THAILAND – dairy farm consultment

PBG gave counsultment and guidance for building a dairy farm and establishing a 500 dairy cows herd. PBG made the adjustments after the Entrepreneurs got the master plan, and support them while building the feeding center, cowsheds and milk parlor. In addition, the company’s experts were sent to Australia to pick and buy the cows. Today, the dairy farm has been under the guidance of the company’s experts on feeding, herd management and health. The project is accompanied by weekly conference calls between our experts and the local coworkers. In addition, the experts fly to Thailand for field assistance, monitoring the results of the dairy, updating the protocols and providing performance improvements.
